- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Blend corn, cream, milk, eggs, sugar, butter, flour, salt, and nutmeg until smooth.
- Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until set and golden on top.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
