Description

A creamy and comforting corn pudding that’s perfect as a side dish or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Blend corn, cream, milk, eggs, sugar, butter, flour, salt, and nutmeg until smooth.
  3. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set and golden on top.
  5. Let cool slightly before serving.
