Ingredients

- 2 large cucumbers, sliced
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, tomatoes, and red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss gently to coat.
- Sprinkle fresh dill on top.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream.
- Best served within 24 hours to maintain crispness.
