Ingredients

- 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- Place sliced cucumbers in a bowl and sprinkle with salt. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Drain excess liquid from cucumbers.
- In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, vinegar, sugar, and pepper.
- Add cucumbers, onion, and dill to the dressing. Stir well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh cucumbers.
- Adjust sugar and vinegar to taste.
