- 1 lb mushrooms, sliced

- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Melt butter in a pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and cook until soft.
- Stir in mushrooms and garlic, cooking until mushrooms release their juices.
- Sprinkle flour and stir to coat evenly.
- Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add heavy cream, paprika, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in lemon juice and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
