Ingredients

- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk

Instructions
- Add mango, yogurt, milk, sugar, and cardamom powder to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes if desired and blend again.
- Pour into glasses and serve chilled.
