Description

A simple and delicious creamy pasta salad perfect for picnics or quick meals.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups pasta (any shape)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add cooked pasta, celery, red onion, and bell pepper to the bowl.
  4. Toss until evenly coated.
  5. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
