A simple and delicious creamy pasta salad perfect for picnics or quick meals.
Ingredients

- 2 cups pasta (any shape)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooked pasta, celery, red onion, and bell pepper to the bowl.
- Toss until evenly coated.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- You can add cooked chicken or ham for extra protein.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
