- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, ranch dressing, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, cheddar cheese, and parsley.
- Toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Season with salt and black pepper, then mix again.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
