A quick and easy one-pan meal with creamy sausage rigatoni, fresh spinach, and a rich tomato cream sauce.

- 8 oz rigatoni pasta
- 1 lb Italian sausage (casings removed)
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add sausage and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in tomato sauce and heavy cream. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta and spinach. Toss until spinach wilts.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
- Use spicy Italian sausage for extra heat.
- Substitute half-and-half for a lighter version.
- Add red pepper flakes for more spice.
