- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, spinach, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Shape mixture into meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown meatballs on all sides.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
- Pour heavy cream over meatballs and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for an additional 10 minutes until creamy and golden.
Notes
- Use lean ground turkey for healthier meatballs.
- Fresh spinach works best, but frozen can be used if drained well.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
