- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk

- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix mashed sweet potatoes, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and melted butter.
- Add eggs, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt. Mix well.
- Pour the filling into the unbaked pie crust.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let cool before serving.

- Use freshly cooked sweet potatoes for the best flavor.
