- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk egg and milk.
- Dip each chicken tender in the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mix.
- Lightly spray or brush the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Place tenders in the air fryer in a single layer, ensuring space between them.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip, then cook for another 5 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
