- 12 corn tortillas
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions
- Mix chicken, cheese, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Heat tortillas briefly to make them pliable.
- Place 2 tbsp of filling on each tortilla and roll tightly.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry taquitos until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with salt.
