Description

A quick and delicious twist on the classic Cuban sandwich, perfect for gatherings or easy weeknight meals.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 lb roasted pork, sliced
  • 1/2 lb ham, sliced
  • 1/2 lb Swiss cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 cup pickles, sliced
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice slider buns in half and spread mustard on the bottom halves.
  3. Layer ham, roasted pork, Swiss cheese, and pickles on the buns.
  4. Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders.
  5. Brush melted butter on top of the buns.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts and buns are golden.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Use leftover roasted pork for extra flavor.
  • Press the sliders lightly with a panini press for an extra crispy texture.
  • Substitute honey mustard for a sweeter taste.
