Ingredients

- 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Wash and slice the cucumbers thinly.
- Dice the avocado and chop the red onion.
- In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, avocado, red onion, and cilantro.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
