Description

Rich and creamy dark chocolate truffles with a smooth pumpkin ganache filling, perfect for fall treats or holiday gifts.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz dark chocolate (70% cocoa), chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan until it simmers.
  2. Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate and let it sit for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir the mixture until smooth, then add pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
  5. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls.
  6. Coat each truffle in cocoa powder and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  7. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes before serving.

  • Use high-quality dark chocolate for best results.
  • If the mixture is too soft, chill longer before rolling.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
