Description

A simple and delicious fruit pizza that you can make at home with minimal effort.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (18 oz) sugar cookie dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Assorted fresh fruits (strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press the cookie dough onto a greased pizza pan.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden. Let it cool.
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Spread the mixture over the cooled cookie crust.
  6. Arrange sliced fruits on top.
  7. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
