- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 4 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut puff pastry into 24 squares and press into mini muffin tin.
- Place a small cube of brie in each pastry cup.
- Top with 1 teaspoon cranberry sauce.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use store-bought puff pastry for convenience
- Brie rind can be left on or removed
- Can substitute with other jams or preserves
