- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix berries, 1/2 cup sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Pour into a baking dish.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in milk and melted butter until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter over the berries.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Use fresh or frozen berries.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream for extra sweetness.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
