Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine sugar, water, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Stir until sugar dissolves and mixture thickens slightly.
  4. Add pecans and stir to coat evenly.
  5. Spread pecans on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes until golden.
  7. Let cool completely before serving.
