Ingredients

- 2 lbs pork shoulder, cut into chunks
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 orange, juiced
- 1 cup pineapple, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
Instructions
- Season pork with salt, pepper, cumin, oregano, and garlic.
- Place pork in a slow cooker and add orange juice.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours until tender.
- Shred pork with forks.
- Mix pineapple, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice for the salsa.
- Serve carnitas topped with pineapple salsa.
