Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Grill or pan-fry chicken until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes per side. Let rest before slicing.
- Assemble bowls by dividing rice, black beans, corn, avocado, and tomatoes.
- Top with sliced chicken and drizzle with lime juice.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve.
