Description

A simple and quick recipe for fluffy coconut whipped cream, perfect for topping desserts or drinks.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk, chilled overnight
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chill the can of coconut milk in the fridge overnight.
  2. Open the can and scoop out the solid coconut cream, leaving the liquid behind.
  3. Whip the coconut cream with a mixer for 2-3 minutes until fluffy.
  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract (if using) and whip again for 1 minute.
  5. Use immediately or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
