A tangy and sweet cranberry chutney perfect for pairing with meats or cheeses.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Combine cranberries, sugar, water, and vinegar in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add onion, raisins, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and salt.
- Cook for another 15 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
- Adjust sugar to taste if cranberries are too tart.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
