- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, cream, and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture reaches 235°F on a candy thermometer.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, salt, and cranberries.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and let it cool completely.
- Cut into squares and serve.
