Description

Easy-to-make cranberry granola bars packed with wholesome ingredients for a nutritious snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup almond slices
  • 1/4 cup flaxseeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Mix oats, cranberries, almond slices, and flaxseeds in a bowl.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat honey, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.
  5. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool completely before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
  • Substitute peanut butter with almond butter if desired.
