- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup almond slices
- 1/4 cup flaxseeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mix oats, cranberries, almond slices, and flaxseeds in a bowl.
- In a small saucepan, heat honey, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool completely before cutting into bars.

- Substitute peanut butter with almond butter if desired.
