Ingredients

- 200g dried cranberries
- 300g sugar
- 100g honey
- 2 egg whites
- 50g pistachios (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Heat sugar and honey in a saucepan until dissolved.
- Whisk egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Slowly pour the hot syrup into the egg whites while whisking.
- Fold in cranberries and pistachios.
- Spread the mixture onto the tray and let it set for 4 hours.
- Cut into squares and serve.
