- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
- 1/4 tsp sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in the cranberries and pistachios.
- Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
- Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
- Let cool at room temperature or refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
- Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
