- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 orange, zested and juiced
Instructions
- Rinse the cranberries and pick out any stems.
- Combine cranberries, sugar, water, ginger, orange zest, and juice in a saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat until cranberries burst, about 10 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
