Description

A refreshing and tangy cranberry sorbet made with simple ingredients.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine cranberries, water, and sugar in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes until cranberries burst.
  3. Strain mixture through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing to extract juice.
  4. Stir in lemon juice and let cool.
  5. Pour into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  6. Freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
