Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together egg yolks, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
  2. Slowly drizzle in the oil while continuously whisking until the mixture thickens.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and salt to taste.
  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
