Description

Garlic knots are soft, buttery bread rolls coated in garlic and herbs. They are perfect as a snack or side dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil, then knead into a dough.
  3. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
  4. Divide the dough into small pieces and shape into knots.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.
  6. Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley.
  7. Coat the baked knots with the garlic butter mixture.
