Description

Ingredients

- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- Add warm water and olive oil, then knead into a dough.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into small pieces and shape into knots.
- Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley.
- Coat the baked knots with the garlic butter mixture.
