Description

Easy garlic knots are soft, fluffy bread rolls brushed with garlic butter. Perfect as a side dish or snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp active dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil. Knead until smooth.
  3. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  4. Divide dough into 8 pieces. Roll each into a rope and tie into a knot.
  5. Place knots on a baking sheet. Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.
  6. Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley. Brush over warm knots.
