Description
Easy garlic knots are soft, fluffy bread rolls brushed with garlic butter. Perfect as a side dish or snack.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
- Add warm water and olive oil. Knead until smooth.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Divide dough into 8 pieces. Roll each into a rope and tie into a knot.
- Place knots on a baking sheet. Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley. Brush over warm knots.

- Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
- Let dough rise in a warm place.
