Ingredients

- 1 lb halibut fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
- Rub halibut with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
- Grill or pan-sear halibut for 3-4 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Flake the fish into chunks.
- Warm tortillas on the grill or in a dry skillet.
- Assemble tacos with fish, cabbage, tomatoes, and cilantro.
- Drizzle with sour cream and hot sauce.
- Serve with lime wedges.

- Use fresh halibut for best results.
- Adjust spice level by reducing or increasing hot sauce.
