Ingredients

- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooked macaroni, celery, red onion, and bell pepper to the bowl. Stir to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- You can add chopped pickles or hard-boiled eggs for extra flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
