Ingredients

- 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes until slightly browned.
- Add bell pepper and onion, stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
- Cook for another 2 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Use any mushrooms you prefer—button, shiitake, or oyster work well.
- For extra flavor, add a splash of rice vinegar or chili sauce.
- Serve with rice or noodles for a complete meal.
