Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Toast the bread until golden brown.
- Spoon the mushroom mixture over the toast.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or grated cheese if desired.
