Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and olives.
  3. Pour Italian dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
  4. Sprinkle feta cheese and fresh basil on top.
