Description
A refreshing pasta salad with Italian dressing, perfect for picnics or quick meals.
Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and olives.
- Pour Italian dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
- Sprinkle feta cheese and fresh basil on top.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use gluten-free pasta if needed.
- Add grilled chicken for extra protein.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
