Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine sugar, corn syrup, and water in a saucepan over medium heat.

- Cook until the mixture reaches 300°F on a candy thermometer.
- Remove from heat and quickly stir in pecans, butter, vanilla, baking soda, and salt.
- Pour onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly.
- Let cool completely before breaking into pieces.
