Description

A simple and tasty pull-apart pizza bread recipe perfect for sharing.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice French bread into 1-inch segments without cutting all the way through.
  3. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and oregano.
  4. Brush butter mixture between bread slices.
  5. Stuff each slit with pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni.
  6. Wrap loaf in foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Uncover and bake for 5 more minutes until cheese melts.
  8. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Use any pizza toppings you prefer.
  • For crispier bread, bake uncovered longer.
