Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Add pumpkin puree, oil, eggs, vanilla, and water. Mix until smooth.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Cool before slicing.
