Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped rhubarb
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix rhubarb and 1/2 cup sugar in a bowl.
  3. Combine flour, remaining sugar, butter, and cinnamon to make the crust.
  4. Press half the crust mixture into a baking dish.
  5. Spread rhubarb mixture over the crust.
  6. Sprinkle remaining crust mixture on top.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
