Ingredients

- 2 cups chopped rhubarb
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix rhubarb and 1/2 cup sugar in a bowl.
- Combine flour, remaining sugar, butter, and cinnamon to make the crust.
- Press half the crust mixture into a baking dish.
- Spread rhubarb mixture over the crust.
- Sprinkle remaining crust mixture on top.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Use fresh rhubarb for best results.
- Adjust sugar based on rhubarb tartness.
