A simple and quick sesame chicken recipe that delivers great flavor with minimal effort.

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
- Add chicken pieces to the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch and water, then stir into the pan to thicken the sauce.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
- Use low-sodium soy sauce if preferred.
- For extra spice, add red pepper flakes.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
