Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss apples with granulated sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Spread in a skillet.
- Mix flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Stir in melted butter and milk until a dough forms.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough over the apples.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
