Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Blend strawberries until smooth. Strain to remove seeds if desired.
- Combine lemon juice and sugar in a pitcher. Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Add strawberry puree and water. Stir well.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve over ice. Garnish with mint if using.

- Adjust sugar based on sweetness preference.
- Use filtered water for better taste.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
