Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Blend strawberries until smooth. Strain to remove seeds if desired.
  2. Combine lemon juice and sugar in a pitcher. Stir until sugar dissolves.
  3. Add strawberry puree and water. Stir well.
  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Serve over ice. Garnish with mint if using.
