- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella pearls or diced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine tortellini, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze. Toss gently.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
