- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 can of white frosting
- Red and blue food coloring
- 24 round candies (like M&Ms or jelly beans)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the cake mix with water, oil, and eggs as per the package instructions.
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and fill each liner 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let them cool completely.
- Divide the white frosting into two bowls. Tint one bowl with red food coloring and the other with blue.
- Frost each cupcake with the white frosting as the base.
- Place a round candy in the center of each cupcake.
- Use the black icing gel to draw a pupil on each candy to create the eyeball effect.
- Add red and blue frosting around the candy to mimic veins for a spooky look.
