Ingredients

- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled (optional)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry the mixed greens.
- Slice the apple thinly.
- Chop the walnuts into small pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine greens, apple slices, and walnuts.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Sprinkle with feta cheese if desired.
- Serve immediately.

- For a vegan version, skip the feta cheese or use a plant-based alternative.
