Description

A fresh fall salad with crisp apples, walnuts, and a light dressing.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled (optional)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the mixed greens.
  2. Slice the apple thinly.
  3. Chop the walnuts into small pieces.
  4. In a large bowl, combine greens, apple slices, and walnuts.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  6. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
  7. Sprinkle with feta cheese if desired.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a vegan version, skip the feta cheese or use a plant-based alternative.
