- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth.
- Add corn, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, and red bell pepper. Stir well.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
