Ingredients

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix pumpkin puree, almond butter, and maple syrup in a bowl.
- Add cocoa powder, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Stir well.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are set but center is still soft.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use smooth almond butter for best texture.
- For extra gooey center, bake for 20 minutes.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
