Description

Enjoy fluffy pumpkin waffles that you can make ahead and freeze for quick breakfasts. These waffles are packed with warm spices and pumpkin flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle iron.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, spices, and salt in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk milk, pumpkin puree, eggs, and melted butter.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Pour batter onto the waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
  6. Cool waffles on a wire rack before freezing.
